Doom Shall Arise: Marvel 1602 Written by Kevin Klawitter
Plot A little long, however engaging. A fine sequel and well written.
Cast A big, but well casted ensemble. There are actors that really stood out with me were Clive Owen and David Tennant, who could both score nominations
Awards Campaign Good Awards Campaign and justified your bait and actors well.
Crew Perfect director choice!
Tagline Strong!

DOOM SHALL ARISE: MARVEL 1602 written by Kevin Klawitter / C- It's long, messy and your cast is all over the place. I liked the first chapter much better, even if you casted like one hundred famous roles, you did great with them back then, but this time, there are too much characters and very few interesting and developed roles. I disappointed in this, but I hope the final one is going to be amazing.

"Doom Shall Arise: Marvel 1602" Hmmmm this is a strange one for me. I absolutely adored the first one, but this bait is VERY hard to follow and there really are just too many characters and locations. I've never read the books but when adapting something as complex as this you can take liberties like shortening the story details and cast list because while I'm sure this is very interesting for fans, for the uninitiated like me it's not. Your casting is a bit much and some people like Cavill and Lopez seemed off to me, but I sill really enjoyed Harrington and Smith. Overall, it's not your best, but I know how hard it is to do a series and make all the parts interesting (I've been working on Part 2 of "The High Line" for almost a year lol), and your writing, as always, is wonderful. The Altered
This is definitely J.J. Abrams material, and I like the combination of fairy tale and sci-fi, but the whole thing feels kind of slight. I would have liked the merpeople to have more of a part in the plot and less focus on the sinister government types (you have a lot of backstory, but it seems to be discussed almost entirely by characters rather than shown), but I really like Analiegh Tipton in this sort of role.
Blackout
The material here is sure to foster powerful performances, especially from Meadows and Ferguson, and I really liked the semi-theatrical device you used at the end, even if it kind of came from nowhere. But I think there should have been a greater emphasis on Meadows' internal struggle and what drove him to criminal activity... here it seems like it almost happened overnight. Still, a nice piece of work.
The Cave
There's a lot of imagination here, and while I was initially had trepidations, I also liked the kind of gritty reality elements you fused with the magical realism. Benh Zeitlin would knock this out of the park, and I could imagine gorgeous visuals and great performances even before the dragons show up. Very good work.
Death Be Not Proud
The ending of this one packed a wallop, and the characters are all very well cast. The sudden shift from the characters to, away, and back to murder strained credibility a little bit, but aside from that I enjoyed this bait a whole lot.

Damnit! I wrote a bait but forgot to submit it! So sorry, guys. I will submit it for June. That was really stupid of me.

Hatchet - I loved this book growing up, and I love the idea of Ben Affleck directing the film adaptation. I didn't so much love the expansion of the story to include the search for Brian. Part of the power of the book was that you never left Brian's POV and never knew what was going to happen. Still, the story was nicely translated, if a bit truncated, and the actors were well cast.

Flying Away the Blue - I really loved this one. The writing was so well-done and the structure unique... I'd love to see a movie like this. Gabourey Sidibe and Patrick Stewart would be dynamite, and the details of their stories are spot-on. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer; I could read stories like this for hours.

Thanks for the reviews all, I wish that there would be more to read, guys! I encourage ever author who is not participating in a certain month to review and vote at least. It's good to have many voices and point of views around!
